As a full-service travel concierge, my job doesn’t stop at booking the vacation itself. One of my other favorite things about this company that sets Away We Go apart is their excellent communication. I always receive a text or call from my driver letting me know when they’re on their way, where to meet them, and when they’ve arrived. No automated messages. They provide a number to text and during business hours, you are always communicating with a real person. That extra level of care makes the whole experience stress-free and gives me peace of mind.
