Annette planned a trip to Universal Studios in FL this past December. She took care of everything for me. I didn't have to think of anything. I just told her when we wanted to go and she got the tickets and made all the arrangements, and got an electric scooter delivered to where we were staying. Annette also planned a trip to Disneyland last summer for my son, grand kids and myself. She got us the room, the park tickets to we could go between Disneyland and California Adventure and set up meals. Away from Disney, she booked a whale watching trip for us. Since I live in MI and my son lives in Denver, it made it so easy to know that, when we got to CA, everything was taken care of. She also got an electric scooter for me to use since I can't walk around the parks.
